Fungaia Coffee Co. was originally co-founded in Boise, Idaho by Austin Longworth and Trevor Casey in 2024. Inspired by a mutual pursuit for wellness, and a dissatisfaction with existing products we set out to create something authentic, thus Fungaia was born. Though the journey began together, Austin now leads Fungaia forward with the same founding passion for authenticity while also expanding to new horizons. A proudly Idaho-based company, Fungaia is more than coffee -- it's a growing world of functional mushroom offerings, from holistic functional beverages to future-forward wellness solutions.
